Remember the “customer satisfaction” promise that many companies say are important to them? TTSG keeps that promise of “customer satisfaction” and after our copier installation our satisfaction is still important to them. When the TTSG team came to install our new copier they were efficient and they were very polite. All my questions after our copier installation and currently are still being answered expeditiously. The remote supply check is wonderful, last week we changed one of our toner and the next day a toner arrived to replace our supply. I was totally impressed, no more downtime because someone forgot to order toner.
